ABOUT US

Engle Printing & Publishing Co., Inc. (EPC) is a family-owned and-operated business founded in 1954 by Alvin Engle and his wife, Pauline. The Engles started the business with a sheet-fed Multilith press installed in the basement of their Mount Joy home. In 1959, they expanded into publishing by acquiring the Elizabethtown–Mount Joy Merchandiser, a community advertising paper.

Over our 70-plus-year history, under the leadership of two generations, we have consistently upheld the mission established by our founders: to serve our clients and communities. We take pride in fostering and sustaining strong relationships with our employees, our customers, and the broader community. Our local titles include weekly community newspapers such as the Merchandiser, Advertiser, and Pennysaver, along with Lancaster County Magazine, Where & When PA, Dining in Lancaster County, and more.

EPC is committed to evolving to meet the requirements of our clients, aiding businesses in achieving a comprehensive marketing blend. We possess the expertise to reach your customers effectively, including online platforms where they spend considerable time. Beyond our publications, our commercial printing division provides a wide range of services for clients with printing and publishing needs. We are proud of our state-of-the-art printing technology and dedicated customer service, which ensure high-quality products and client satisfaction.
